Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Process:

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, you can exchange or request a refund (processed within 5–7 business days).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional offers

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
