Eligibility:
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
Process:
Email us at support@proclera.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once approved, you can exchange or request a refund (processed within 5–7 business days).
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale or promotional offers
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
